The BA role is necessary at the Consumer Duty Programme level for the initiatives namely Dormancy and Payment failure projects as these are complex ones with strategic solutions spreading across 6 to 7 application areas.

The expectation from BA is to identify system dependencies, orchestrating E2E system requirements, traceability and supporting in integration test phases, deployment prep and few other supporting tasks like eliciting or supporting in RAiD management and other aspects to the Programme lead in identifying teams, socialising the change with architects, Tech leads, Systems BAs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements related to IT projects in the financial services sector.
• Translate business needs into the detailed technical requirements, specifications, and user stories.
• Utilise data analytics techniques to derive insights and support decision-making processes in framing End to End Solutions.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Assist in the implementation and testing of software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ability to work at Programme level and managing IT scope of multiple projects
• Reviewing Technical solutions and mapping to the business scope.
